Hi all- WOW fay, budgie has done us proud, enjoy that stuff, you deserve it, and thanks Budgie- it just goes to show that however bad we think things have become, there are still some stunningly lovely people out there, you make a huge difference you really do.

BHB- CONGRATS- 60 days, thats amazing. I'll let you into a little secret- I was catching up on this thread with a mate round when I saw the photo of you and Mrs BHB- he said, 'well I'm not surprised he's sorting himself out, christ look what he's got to lose- if I lost a women like that who clearly loved me so much because of alcohol I'd be a lost cause'- so bring on the Mrs BHB fan club I say- only I'm not so sure on the goat thing- goat rhymes with 'don't' and 'won't'- and as far as goats are concerned I don't think I could go there.

Watching BB - must admit I quite like Davina, she's been teetotal for almost 20 years I think. Used to drink/do drugs but has been clean for a long time.

Speaking of passing my lips, no alcohol today, so day 4 pls 40sm.

That equals the number of days I did in the whole of May! woohoo!

Might have to go to bed in a mo due to boredom with the TV (I CANNOT do Big Brother!) which sounds a bit sad doesn't it? If my old dog wasn't so old I'd go for a quick jaunt down the road but I think I've already made him overdo it today. Methinks a gentle stroll round the estate then off up with a cuppa (the village shop commented that I'm buying a different sort of bottle this week - I have to keep getting extra milk - cheek!)

Sadly, our ice cream man was found dead in his van covered in hundreds & thousands. The police think he topped himself.
