No manners me - waves to newbies - x

BHB can't beleive how much I have saved since last Oct??

The last time I bought a bottle of wine for myself was on 31st Oct 2008 - I still have the receipt - since then its only been the occasional wee can of wine at 1.49

Fingers and thumbs - £5 a day for 6 months - I havent exactly saved it cos we got a cleaner at the same time and the money is used for her - well £25 of it a week. If I am not allowed to drink wine I don't see why I should have ot clean as well (seriously though it co-incided with the time we took lodgers in - hence the no drinking and hence the cleaner)

But I did (I SAID DID WOO HOO) spend £35> a week on alcohol alone.

I can't however say thats the last time I drank wine

That was on 29th April 2008 (My bday)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:

Well done you :T. Scary though how much it all adds up to isn't it.

Our eldest and her and her boyfriend have a 4 bed house to themselves, a gardener and a cleaner  .... cuase they have better things to do ...... ok for some ;)

I think a cleaner would walk in our front door, turn round and walk straight out again after they saw the mess :rotfl:

    BHB
    xx

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Ours did the same and argues she cant POSSIBLY deal with our level of mess in only 4 hours and then when I see her says how much she enjoys it at our house because she can see when she's finished cos of hte difference:eek: and she only gets through about 1/2 to 3/4 of the list I leave.

I personally think she has OCD when it comes to hoovering.

I did point out however, if I wanted to clean up before she came then I would not bother with a cleaner.

AND in the advert I stated we had DOGS, KIDS, SAND, CATS and I was a MUDDY GARDENER so I dont think she can complain - it was certainly in the job description :
Advert read - muddy gardener with messy kids, hairy dogs a cat and likes going to the beach needs a cleaner :)

( I can do the whole house in 4 hours, to my own shoddy standard of course :))
Cos of 2 acres of garden I have prioritised garden over cleaning (UM honest)

I don't know if this one is too rude.:o

A man walks into a bar with a steering wheel shoved down his pants. The barman looks at him curiously and says, ''Buddy, you know you got a steering wheel shoved down your pants?'' The man answers, ''Yeah, I know! It's been driving me nuts all day.''
