Just found out why my avvies weren't showing up, unfortunately after I'd emailed the techie guys....again. I think they thought me a bit dim last time I asked them a couple of months ago as they told me to 'sign in', well I'm not dim, just takes me a while to catch on

I have been reading about alcoholism online and need to come here for a bit of light relief! I'm considering going to AA but I just really dread the thought of walking in the first time and seeing someone I know.

AA is not scary and even if you do bump into someone you know you know your secret will be safe with them as theirs will be with you. You would both be there for the same reason. It's good that you are taking these steps, it's the hardest part of the battle.....kind of  Good luck with whatever you choose to do, we're all here for you xx
ETA: it's kinda like walking into a Weightwatchers meeting, I remember seeing half my neighbours there when I went to a local one years ago :rotfl:DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
