Maybe you're right, although after doing the garden on Sunday and then walking in the woods yesterday I can barely move.
OH should be in from work soon to see exactly how little I've done (ie nothing) and then I think we're gonna have dinner and take the kids over the woods again to climb some trees (them, not me obv....)
Then hopefully the cravings will go....
Hugs dudette - hope it all works - hows the meds by the way?????
And why ARENT YOU climbing trees?????????? I do on a daily basis, of course they are pygmy trees here and need merely stepped over but I do my bit.

Thought I'd say hello and welcome to Determined and Orchid. I'm feeling good about the prospect of another AFD tonight, which would bring me up to 10/12. Will confirm tomorrow.
I made it to the gym this morning and have walked round London loads today so really pleased with myself. And it was fun too!
Musing on a number for June and finding it difficult. I know if I make it too tough then it will demotivate me but I am feeling very gung ho at the moment about Monday to Thursdays not drinking and trying to decide whether to go for 12 again as realistic and aim to overshoot, 13 or 14 as a small increase, 15 as half the month or 16 as all Monday to Thursdays except the two days I can already see are likely to be special occasions. I will sleep on it and see how I feel then. Does anyone else find this difficult to do or is it just me?0 -

I know what you mean WBF. You don't want to set an unrealistic target, but you want to increase the amount you have done in May. But you don't want to set it too high and be disappointed if you don't meet the target.
How about setting in for 14 days? That way you are increasing a little bit, but not committing yourself to to much. At least if you get to the end of the month and say I have done a day or two more than my target. That's better than getting all deflated saying I didn't get there this month.
I myself am really really struggling today. Day 51 for me, don't want to give in but really really fancy a cold beer. Someone talk me out of it please
Best Wishes (and sorry about the scary image above. Will remove it later

Don't do it, have a chilled glass of lemonade with a posh straw instead. That is probably no help at all.:oHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000
