    Love the table Irishgirl and I think I agree with your brother but then I could be tempted to paint too. But £16 sounds a great price for something so lovely.

    Also love the transformation lucylema.

    I bought new kitchen cupboards - giving me a completely new kitchen for the grand total of 50 pounds!!! Its a new shabby chic start for me and I am sooo excited

    I've put a piccy on my blog of a small cupboard that I painted years ago. It has thistles on it...very Scottish!

    I just won this on Ebay. It's more than I wanted to pay but they sell for so much in this area even in a "naked" state. I think I'll have to changethe wallpaper on the front eventually and maybe repaint as I don't like the true "slightly knocked" shabby chic look.
