All New Shabby Chic Thread!

Hi a few little things from me that I've put on my blog.

First is a very similar to Emma Bridgewater teapot! cost me 2euros in Spain!
Clock was £2 from Wilkos.
Jewellery box was 10p from carboot which I rather badly painted!
And some cute floral boxes that cost 1 euro each from holiday.

That's a nice unit bexbex. I would keep as is until you are inspired. It may work with your scheme?

Thanks, I think I have a place for it so will see what it's like when it comes.

Just won this too.. needed a bookcase in livingroom but not sure how I'll paint it yet, has anyone painted one like this before?

That's a fair price for the unit. I'm not loving the colour of the stain on it but I think it would look lushious if you painted it grey or blue with a nice wallpaper in the back of it?

Oh no, you poor thing
I will be just glad to get mine finished Im now getting fed up with painting and want to be able to put my stuff back in the cupboards. Just one more to go then I can post the pic's of it finished.

Vikki, I love the teapot and clock and bexbex you got some lovely bargains, i cann't wait to see them all prettied up
