That's why I said you wouldn't like what I said! :rotfl:

Her fabric is lovely, but far too expensive for the likes of us. :rotfl:

But, I can still see the chairs in her fabric!

You see I just don't have that vision so I don't know what I'm missing :rotfl:

I seem to remember somebody on this thread saying that they would like a science type stool for their kitchen so that they could rest their weary legs. I just spotted this on ebay if it is any use to anybody.

Love the chairs I thought that they would look lovely covered in a welsh blanket or similar material.

    Love the coasters!

In August we're going to Cornwall/Plymouth/Exeter for a week, does anyone know any good shabby/vintagey type shops which they'd recommend as worth a visit?

Currently looking out on eBay for a couple of things - a desk for crafting with drawers and maybe a shelf or something. There was loads of these listed until I wanted one now there doesn't seem to be anything. Not that I have anywhere to put it at the moment but want it for when we move house to house all my crafting materials and give me somewhere to sit instead of being on the sofa and loosing all my needles and beads and threads and things down the side!

I'm totally jealous of all of your lovely old wooden sewing boxes so I'm looking out for one of those too

Also looking for a wall-mounted shelf for our kitchen to display my ever growing collection of kitchenalia. Again it's probably better waiting until we move but I'm keeping an eye out now in case I see something I love, it could always go into storage for a few months :)
D'you know, in 900 years of space and time, I've never met anyone who wasn't important

Oh, Exeter has some great shops and the charity shops are pretty good too. I picked up a lovely Sanderson quilt cover set in a CS for a fiver! There's a great retro shop called Otto's.
