hi mummyoftwo, your kitchen looks great, would you mind telling me where you got the wallpaper from, I have been looking for something like that for my kitchen, I have got the same fridge as you in pink, but a blue cooker(don't ask!) and want something to tie the two together.

hart44 your drawers look amazing. Well done you. I bet you are really proud. :T

Your picture frame looks good too. I have covered a tisse box using the napkin method but it doesn't look as good as yours as it is very wrinkled; although I'm warming to it as I have convinced myself it looks slightly crackle glazed!! lol

Thank you newmee :D the inside of the box turned out a bit crinkly and I wish I had painted the inside 1st as the dark brown shows through a bit.
I have a larger frame I now want to paint :D

Mummy of two, your kitchen is beautiful. I love the fridge. The picture is truly inspired. What a great way to remember your honeymoon and hubbys birthday. I have lots of little bits like that but whilst I knew I wanted to display them in some way I didnt know how. I might pinch your idea if that is ok.

Hart - loving all of your handywork. Had a look at your blog and it all looks lovely.

oh i am so jelious! your kitchen is gorgeous & that paper would go well in mine :)

    girls i have a predicament

I have brought a bargain dresser top for £20
its painted cream but has some marks & flaky paint.

Particularly one of the shelves, i thought i could put wall paper lining on the shelves to save me stripping & painting, what you think?

    i'll try & post a piccy later

also started painting my freecycle plate rack yesterday as it was sooo sunny :)

Thanks for the picture, MummyOfTwo really enjoying this thread lately.

Were you asking for ideas for a kitchen window? If so, do you want/need to have privacy/blank out an ugly view?

Hi ladies I was so excited today. I had managed to get out and get a manual sander and paper. Thought I would start to rub down my little chair (first project) this afternoon. First problem I couldnt get the paper into the sander LOL! By the time I had tried it a couple of times I was tired out (health issues!) so I guess my little project will take some time. Keep the photos coming I love seeing what everyone is doing. This site is my sunshine on a rainy day.xx
