Not been on for a few days, how much to catch up on?
lovely pics everyone. Just had a quick look at John Lewis wallpaper, the first one that came up was gorgeous, I thought that I'd found MY paper, then saw the £63 a roll tag, quickly decided that it really wasn't for me at all.
Love this

I'm quite into chickens.
Anyone who's after fabric for patchwork ask in CS's. I bought 3 pieces from one the other day for 20 p each, 1must be a god couple of yards. I had to ask if they had any, they said they don't put them out as it rarely sells. So may be worth asking if none out.
It's great to have a man onboard. There must be loads of men who prefer stuff with life in it, that you don't get with shiny new stuff.
If anyone in their travels comes across wallpaper similar to this, but much cheaper, please could they let me know. I don't mind what colour.

hermum that oven glove is gorgeous.
in my kitchen i'm thinking either cupcake or chicken design. chicken for me give a very rustic country homely style. cupcakes are a cute , sweet pretty deisgn. think i'm swaying more to the chicken's. i may not live in country but doesn't mean my home can't be warm and rustic and homely imo.0 -

jrc16 and hermum - Sainsburys have a gorgeous chicken range in at the moment, I think the main colour is duck egg blue, so very shabby chic! I'm not a chickens fa but me and my mum were cooing over it all last weekend. Think they had plates, mugs, cutlery, oven gloves...the works! And all at pretty reasonable prices too.0
