    Hi Guys!

Ive been asleep most of today as not feeling too good, but thought I would say hello as Im feeling a little more with it now.

OH & DD are watching a horror:eek::eek:....I used to like a good thriller but this isnt nice! DD is cuddled up to OH on sofa covering her eyes.....why did she ask to watch it:confused: .....weird girl!

OH popped to Tesco earlier when I was asleep and he bought a large cooked chicken for £2 as they are on special this week. Not FR though, but great with new pots and salad. He also got some Muller yogurts at 5 for £1. Peppers resuced to 10p and Red Apples to 15p a bag. He also treated me to a choc eclair but only because it was reduced to 15p:rolleyes:

Lakeland sent me a £3 voucher today which was kind of them. Our nearest is Bluewater but I honestly cant remember the last time I went there as I havent been able to get out and shopping isnt what I want to do when I have a little energy.....Im getting boring in my old age:D They have some great ideas but sooooooooooo expensive.

Not sure if anyone has seen this offer but I bought 2 for DD and I to get hair cuts and for £4.80 each, it is excellent value. Wash, massage, cut and blowdry. Here si the link if anyone interested:

WM along with the DW has been on today and the house is clean and tidy.

Tomorrow I am hoping to be ok to go out for a drive. We know a farm shop which is wheelchair friendly;) May visit my folks if we are that way. Dad is having a major operation which we found out about yesterday in next 2 weeks. He's a tough cookie and lucky enough to go private, so he will be fine.

Anyway, I am rambling, but hope everyone is ok.

    Evening All

I can't tell you how fed up I am of not having a regular job. No work at the hotel now for TWO weeks. And the freelance market's pretty dry too. Thankfully I got a voiceover job and they paid promptly. Only a tiny drop in the ocean, but every penny really counts. Have chased up my old work place as they still owe me over £54 in expenses. No reply as yet, but I'll keep on bugging them.

Mum's been busy today - made an orange cake and some coffee cake goings on. Tomato plants are settling into their pots well, but Mum thinks they were forced to begin with.

Breakfast was a free sample of granola (no idea where it came from:rolleyes:), lunch leftover HM fish pie from last night and dinner a love butterfly lamb chop from the farm shop with spinach and mash:D

Whoever it was having sausage and onion pie tonight - was that a pie pie or a suet pudding? Either way sounds yummy.

Hope everyone's ok and ((hugs)) to those who need or would like one

    Hi all,
I've had a busy busy day but enjoyed every moment. DD2 had to drive her FiL2b to pick up a car he bought, a round trip taking 3hrs 10mns. Of course I said DGD2, 6wks old, could not possible endure the drive so I very kindly said I look after her.:D:D

I made DD2 & SiL2b a full roast chicken dinner and choc sponge & HM custard for her to take home when she collected our Angel, Charlotte.

I went to Argos this am with DH to bget a crib and an activity thingy for DGD2, DD2 has them but it's such a faff loading up cars with everything an Angel needs. Best thing about it was that I paid with my Nectar points, so didn't in reality cost any cash. ;)

My DB2 was in awe of DGD2 when he saw her at the w/end, first time I saw happy smiling eyes in him for ages. He is getting stronger in the attatude he has towards the big "C".
DB1, who has Prost "C" has had results and his blood count is only up a smidgen. Fingers and all crossed.

I started this post 2hrs ago and had a phone call from a DF, she was a bit tired and emotionel  ,,,,, back to say,
Night Night , sleep tight see, you in the morning light.
