i am a bit annoyed with my freecycle right now.

i offered a whole shedload of stuff on friday, had loads of replies, and only one lady has bothered to come and collect what she asked for. i have another lady hopefully coming tomorrow evening as well.
i offered one of the items to one bloke on friday and didnt hear back from him, so this morning i sent an email stating that as i hadn't heard from him i was offering the item to the next person. i had an email within 5 minutes- funny that! still not giving it to him- if he cant be bothered to reply to my first email why should i?
also had a lady ask to take everything i was offering (a right mish-mash of stuff- old hoover, books, baby stuff, cuddly rottweiler) and i was suspicious that she was asking for everything to ebay/boot sale it so i emailed her. her reply was- i have 2 kids am pregnant with my 3rd, i have just moved and i have nothing except a computer. if you know anyone who is getting rid of any furniture i would like that too please.

hmmmm, bit suspicious of that one!

we do get people asking for things that you know wont be available- computers with flat screen only as no space for a big one, xbox 360's, one lady was asking for furnishings for her entire house lol

the only wanted message i have ever posted was for a buggy board for my friend- and i didnt get one unfortunately

TV wanted for playing video games, working scart socket, and an nice
size would be perfect. If you can deliver that would help as I have no
car. My 15 year old, 14" JVC TV died 2 months ago.

would you like it plasma and HD ready ??

Let me know when it's convenient for me to deliver it , oh and if you leave the keys under the welcome mat you wont even need to get off your !!! - I'll just let myself in and install it for you - would that be OK for you ?:confused::rolleyes:

Only if you can install it without them having to turn the old on off...otherwise you will have to go around at a time when their favourite gameshow isn't on.

    How about this one?
    OFFERED
