Oooh, thats fab to hear! I had mine at 9.30. Ever since baby has been really wriggly and get sharp but quick pains under knicker line. hoping baby is wriggling down in preparation for something - im on my 2nd pineapple!
At the sweep im 2cm dilated and was accessable so thats good, but being my 4th is may have been that way since giving birth last time!

Skinty I saw some in the Next clearance shop in Oxford at the weekend so they definitely do white trousers in that style...

SM I posted a little while back about this but finding it could be hard! it wasn't so much that I wanted a boy but that I was really worried about all the pressures on girls to be pink, fluffy, sparkly etc. DH and I are qute outdoorsy and sporty - I really like being able to do things that people don't expect women to be able to do (like am much better at footy than DH ) I don't really have much time for the fannying about, can't get mud on my dress, let's play princesses kind of thing I guess am just scared that she'll be turned into this pink frilly prissy thing and I won't be able to relate to her or share what she's into...

When you hear some mums on forums talking about girls they get all excited about having a daughter so they can talk makeup and shopping etc. I don't want to do that (I quite enjoy shopping but not all the time! I also want to go out on my bike, or climb a mountain and I definitely don't need to put makeup on to leave the house!) I want her to be stong and capable and be as good as the boys.

I'm just worried on her behalf before she's even here that she's going to still be unequal in society. So many people say they treat boys and girls the same but they don't - they expect less of girls, wrap them up in cotton wool, don't let them explore like boys. (DH's sister is def a product of this)

I know this is all really silly but the thoughts are just going round and round in my head and I get more and more worried and wind myself up.

Well I officially dont like the NHS in halifax. Went to see the consultant who has confirmed baby is too big to turn (36+6) also baby still has one leg flexed and one extended, so cant have a natural birth either. Contradicting info given the other day but Fine. So booking in for C section and I was told it would be between 38-39 weeks..... so I am due to go in for C section at 39+5 as they are fully booked before then and they dont book c sections on a friday (!!!!!!!?!:mad:). So bump is due 20th May.

20 days remaining till I get to meet bubs
