    Good morning everyone

my memory is bad today (tired with lovely blood shot eyes) i am glad everyone's scans went OK. Ickle well done on the twins front. COH hopes it all kicks off soon.

Got my letter today for my job. It says i have been booked in for "New Entrant Screen with the Occupational Health department" (It is NHS clerical)

Are they going find out i am expecting? I am far too early to say something. Help! Any ideas?
I'm not sure what they will do but if they do find out act surprised?;)

I think as far as girls are concerned you can easily have it both ways. DD loved dresses and matching hair ties and socks - but she had to have matching stretchy shorts to go under the dresses so she could climb trees and hang upside down from the climbing frame as well. I'd be rich if I had a pound for every dress she muddied playing outside in. But she loves doing boy things (fishing, climbing, 4wheeling, and sports) as well as girl stuff. I think having a good balance of both helped her fit in and have things in common with her friends growing up, as some of them did have more girly tendencies. I also think it made her more tolerant of both boy and girl stuff.

the main reason i started dressing zoe in pink was nobody could tell she was a girl ... her hair didnt start growing til she was nearly 2 i could have her in a pink outfit, pink blanket and pink buggy and i still got "what a beautiful boy" or "why have you dressed your son in pink" very upsetting x

mrsapple - I can't imagine anything they would do at a routine health screening that would expose your pregnancy to them. I can't imagine it would be legal for them to check for pregnancy, as that would be deemed sexist - after all, they can't check men for that can they? LOL

For my last job, the health screening consisted mainly of basic checkup - blood pressure, general health questions, hearing and vision checks. Although I was flabbergasted to see one of the health questions was asking about birth control methods - I wrote in capital letters "THIS IS IN NO WAY ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS!" Not subtle, me! haha

remember Emma on friends? Rachel stuck a pink bow on her head coz everyone though she was a boy :p
I think its soo rude when people comment in a negative way!! Chris has longish hair (always cut in a normal hair do, nothing girly) and would sometimes be mistaken for a girl:confused:
