    All NHS staff have to have a occupational health check - it would be just BP and get all your medical history.
    Have you not told your new employer you are pg? Do u know that u probably won't be entitled to Occupational or Statutory Maternity Pay? More than likely will be Maternity Allowance.

    well, it's official - you ladies due in late summer/early autumn are in for a major heatwave this year! I'd go out and buy and big air con unit right now!!! - and stock up on maternity swimswear, lol :D

    Cute bump MM!

    right ladies, I need help making a very important decision. My local beauty salon is having a buy one get one half price offer, and I have a voucher already for a luzury French manicure thanks to OH, as well as cash for a treatment from my mummy.

    So...what shall I have? A french pedicure to match my hands? A mum-to-be massage special? A normal pedicure? Something else?

    you best decide quickly Skinty the place I used to get my nails done was booked up for fri evening and all day Saturday weeks in advance!

    oooo, definitely the massage! it would be either that or a full facial, but since you get a mini-facial with the massage, that's definitely better value :D

    OMG how lucky are you im only 21wks and my bump is almost that big already. Wish i could do cute instead of the beach whale look. It is a very cute bump congrats :-) x

    Right I've booked the mum-to-be massage treatment so together with the French manicure I will be there three hours! How decadent!

    Really looking forward to it now :D Going tomorrow at 3.30 and having hair done at 11.30 - how much of a lady who lunches am I??!! :rotfl:
