    Elle - I'd be raging if my boss said that to me!! The cow I supose she'd sleep fine if u lost ur job because of something she'd done wrong then? nice!

    She's the same one who's attitude ended up getting me signed off for a week with stress about 15 months ago..

    She doesn't like it that I challenge her on some of her decisions. She clearly has her favourites and tries to treat them differently until I question her on something which in turn means the other one in our dept gets consulted on it and she inevitably agrees with me - it's not that she's taking my side, it's that we're applying the correct procedures according to our written and published policies, whereas the "boss" is trying to bend the rules for the ones she likes. She's only the "boss" because she works more hours than the other one.. or should I say, she's present in the office for more hours a week - what she actually contributes to the business is another matter all together! :cool:

    Will be so glad to see the back of her. Thankfully she also lives out of town too so won't be able to "pop round" to see me and I certainly won't be inviting her round to our house. She's talking about trying for another baby herself so with a bit of luck, she'll have gone by the time I go back!
