wish i could have a nice baths for some reason ever since the shower got put in the bath water doesnt get hot enough but the shower water can burn you  x

I think it could be to do with the the amount of water going through your boiler - so the bath will have large pipes and therefore the water goes through the boiler quickly and doesn't get heated up properly but the shower will have small pipes so the water gets heated up more. If you want advice on it check out ultimatehandyman. When I did my bathroom I got loads of advice off the guys on there.

The loan phone is rubbish tbh and not worth the candle. What I did when my vodafone broke under its warranty period was to buy a fairly cheap Pay as you Go mobile to keep as a spare for further contingencies. This also means if you ever need it repairing again, you can just send the broken one off direct without having to go via the shop.

Back to your current problem, is there a vodafone shop anywhere near where your OH works? Could he drop the broken one in for you, and maybe pick you up a PAYG one? They might even agree then to ship yours back to you direct when it is repaired, as you won't have a loan phone to give back, and its as easy to ship to one address as to another (the repairs aren't done in store)

Did you speak to a supervisor? I'd call back, insist on one and make all sorts of noise. Does the insurance say you need to actually visit a shop in order to get the replacement phone?
speaking as a ex mobile phone salesperson (not a normal one, i had morals lol :D) they wont allow a insurance claim unless the phones been looked at, however, if mrs tine was to lose the phone on the way to the vodafone shop, maybe leaving it on the bus, they would replace it then without going instore... ;):lipsrseal:whistle:

There. I said it. If you don't believe in brain chemistry because the thought of it makes you think of primordial soup you deserve to be locked away with only textbooks for company. For ever.

Just doing my daily catch up with you guys. Didn't have time to tell you yesterday about my midwife appointment. I had a lovely midwife this time who answered all my questions in a very reassuring way and she checked noogle's heartbeat which was really cool :D. One interesting thing was when flying she said I have to drink a glass of water every hour. I hope the toilets are clean on the flight, last time I flew back from the US the toilets were so grotty (wet floor etc.) that I only used them twice in a 9 hour flight :o

Apfelschorle (help·info), also Apfelsaftschorle, is a popular soft drink in Germany. It consists of carbonated mineral water and apple juice. The broader category Fruchtschorle consists of any fruit juice mixed with carbonated water, but Apfelschorle is by far the most common. Spritzer (that is wine mixed with carbonated water) is called Weinschorle. Apfelschorle contains fewer calories and is less sweet than pure apple juice. This makes it popular in summer and among athletes. Commercially available Apfelschorle, however, often contains only 40% apple juice and is instead sweetened, making it hypertonic and so not particularly desirable for sports. However some brands do contain as much as 60% juice.
Brands of Apfelschorle in Germany include Lift, Gerolsteiner (which also sells mineral water) and Bizzl. However, in most bars and restaurants, Apfelschorle is mixed ad hoc from apple juice and carbonated water.
seems its non alcoholic, I usually go for an Apfelsaft or if I've been skiing its gotta be heiße Schokolade and occasionally when not preggers gluwein (sp?) roll on Jan next year - skiing trip for FIL's 50th b-day :j

lil miss - I recently had suspected chicken pox and I was told that as long as you are over 12 weeks and you have had it before there is no need to worry, just to keep away from others who it could be a danger to like newborn babies and other pregnant women who haven't had chicken pox before.
