Hope it's not an 0845 number Tine!

Bah, silly chemist still hasn't arrived... They're supposed to be bringing me another script tomorrow but I forgot and arranged to go to a friends for a cuppa and a gossip in the morning... I bet if I chance it and go they'll turn up first thing while I'm out!

    And I'm sooooooooooooo tired!!!!

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz riddiculous - been holding 30 mins on the phone now to get through to Vodaphone to make a claim on my phone insurance... ARGH!!!!! 30 minutes of "your call is important and will be dealt with as quickly as possible" - define quickly!!!!! 30 minutes is NOT quick in my book!

Haha just popped back on to be nosy :P

Did you watch watchdog the other day? They did a survey about call centres and vodafone is in the worst 5. For holding/waiting times lol.

Sky is top worst, with a 2 hour 10 minutes waiting time

    Not my dept though :)

My docs hold voice says "you are number 1 in the queue, we are aware of your call, your call is important to us, please hold *music*" :D

ooh sls you've just reminded me.. at Parentcraft last night MW was telling everyone how you don't need to panic it'll prob take best part of 24 hours etc and then one of the girls asked what my 1st time was like (I was the only preggers with a bubs already)
They all look rather jealous when I said I went from not being dilated at all to Chris's arrival in about 4hrs :rotfl:

And I actually got to come home the same day which didnt happen with my other two births. We have a hearing test booked for when Caitlin is 5 weeks but would have been so much easier to have had it done at birth. Apparently she needs to be calm and still and if she isnt we will have to rebook.

However after 3 weeks I am still bleeding and my bleeding only lasted about a week with DS1 and DS2.

Now do I get the belgian choc haagen daaz or the lemon cake... choices choices...

And the best thing of all is that after all that worrying about DS2 - it all happened after he had gone to bed and daddy was back before he woke.

Krystal it's a 0870 number... alledgedly 6p a minute... don't worry I can assure you that every one of the nearly 40 minutes so far will be complained about to try and not have to pay my excess for the phone claim *sigh* grrrrrr I'm so annoyed I think icecream might be needed...

Krystal can't you call them to find out when-ish they'll arrive?
I live across from the GPs/pharmacy they collect all the 'scripts in the AM make 'em up and deliver afternoon (I'm not a curtain twitcher honest!)

some bloke has just been to the empty house next door  I won't get my hopes up/down that someone will be moving in/killing the jungle in the front garden *sigh*

ooh while we're on the subject (poor u tine, I say icecream)
I suggest an essential buy before baby is mobile insurance (not from vodafone obviously :p)
I can honestly say I don't know of a single mummy/daddy of a baby that hasn't had their phone broken by their little one!
When I upgrade just after bubs I'll be getting insurance - I've learnt my lesson! Babies are like mobile seeking missiles Chris could dig mine out from under/behind the big heavy sofa cushions

I probably could if I knew the number but they moved from the shop round the corner to the new Drs and I remember when I needed an urgent script for Aimee and it never turned up I scoured the entire internet looking for the new number and don't remember where I found it in the end... I have a feeling I rang the old shop and they gave me the new number, but the old shop is closed now too...

And Aimee has never broken my mobile phone :p
