aww, jha sorry to hear your OH is being sullen. I've had to make mine swear up and down not to say anything at work, as they're all very chatty and share all little details of personal lives. at home, we talk about it a little, but try not to very much as don't want to be heartbroken (well, will be anyway) if anything goes wrong. maybe it's his way of protecting himself by not talking about it with you? maybe talk to him about it.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

DH is now happily playing xbox. Kids are playing in the garden. I have housework to do but can't be bothered, think I will build up the natures nest to you know, check it's all there
They broke my waters with DS1, was horrid, but I got her back as they gushed out in a tidal wave and soaked the Doctor :rotfl: And my socks....
When I was labour ward one day with DS2 I heard this woman yelling at the Doctor that 'it was out!' (meaning the baby) and the Doctor yelling back that she needed to sign the form for a section right now. Woman kept yelling 'it's out, it's out!', mw and doctor were yelling back that she was being selfish and her baby would die if she didn't sign.... so the woman questioned the doctors parentage in a colourful manner, the mw checked and suddenly I heard 'We have a head!!!!' :rotfl:0 -
Well hubby had an extra hour and a half in bed... Then stood there telling me how I could rest tomorrow while he still has to get up for work... Quite obviously Aimee gets herself up and ready for school then... Plus I have the whole cat thing to sort tomorrow (more about that in a minute) plus the midwife, plus my breastfeeding group if I make it... He said OK, tomorrow is a bad example... But you could rest any other day, I still have to go to work... I told him when he grows a baby he can tell me how much rest he needs...
Anyway... Just rang the RSPCA and they said we can bring Mr Tabson home!! Apparently the vet is happy with how he's progressing so far and as long as he carrys on with the anti-inflamitarys and we take him to the vet Tuesday as planned we can collect him this afternoonHubby's dashed off to fetch a cat carrier (the one we have is only small and I don't think it's fair to try and squidge him into it) and my friend is coming over in an hour to give me a lift!! So happy about it!!

Not been on much this weekend and won't be today either lol - I'm slaving away (HA!) down on the allotments at the moment
OK supervising my DH really but still...
I'm so totally ready for this baby to come out now - my hands and arms have been really bad last couple of weeks and getting worse and worse - inflamed tendons - and I can't take anything for it!Thankfully I am seeing the GP tomorrow although not sure what he can do... I'm getting to the point where I am not sure if when Roo arrives I'll be able to actually hold her
(My wrists get really bad - it's getting close to the point where I can't hold on to a glass of water and i'd be petrified of dropping Roo because I have no strength in my arms which is what happens when the inflamation gets really bad...)
Tine, if it's any consolation, a friend of mine had tendonitis when her son was born and really suffered with her wrists and thumbs.. But she was more than capable of looking after the baby... Plus you will be able to take Ibuprofen once baby is here so it should help with inflamation...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
