In a 24/7 world, why does it take upto six days to transfer money from bank to bank.

Even if both banks a the BAC's Fast Payment it can still take upto 6 days.

Why do some Building Soc.'s do not transfer money by BAC's when closing your a/c, and rather send you money by cheque but are willing to transfer your interest to your current a/c by BAC's.

Why do water companies still charge you the full rate for Water Surface rain water that falls on your land. If I was to convert my drive from concrete pavement to say grass so less water enters the drainage system I still pay the full rate .

So how do you expect people to help with the problem if the water companies are not willing to reduce this rate.

Online stores should have an address and telephone number too and it should be easy to find on the site. Even highly reputable e-tailers like Amazon have order problems sometimes, and these can often be easier solved by calling (if you can find their number) than playing e-mail tag.
