thank you for all the info.

am still with A+L with visa debit card and chequebook at the moment. Not sure if should stay with them or not. I would prefer to move to RBS but dont think they would give me a current account with OD. I am working abroad at the moment and will be for the next 12-18months all around the world and its very handy the visa debit card but am sure they will only offer me the SOLO card which is no use to me really.

I did have a run in with the RBS about 7 years ago. I take it this will still be on there records etc thats what is putting me off. But would make things alot easier if i had a account with them

hi everyone
flybe say no.to be fair due to some large purchases latley and my card balances being high,i understand why.
spoke to abbey today.i wanted my accounts linked.they did it straight away.assured me the minute my account is 6 months old debit card etc no probs.i recieved excellent customer service.incredible but true.lol

recieved £2000 in limit increases accross my littlewoods cats today,total.spent a small amount on each

ohh lovely, did you get the increases before or after you bought something?

always after.
covered this before on cat thread.
purchase something log out, log back in increase is there.
happens once a month.purchase must trigger approved increase
