I cannot understand this credit process. I applied and opened a RBS account and they gave me a £1000 pound overdraft, then refused to give me a credit card. Just do not understand why surely if your good for one your good for the other.

My Capital One balance is 0 and I don't think I'll be using it again. Would it be best to cancel it or throw it in a drawer just incase?

Well i phoned up as soon as they were open and told the girl i hadn't received the agreement so she said it must have been lost in the post but she would get the department that deals with it to send me another 1 out tomorrow. I asked if id definately been accepted and she said yes i would get my mastercard sent out as soon as i returned the agreement but she couldn't tell me my limit or apr yet though im not bothered what either are really.
A big thanks to everyone of this thread as id been turned down for all the sub prime cards and would never have even heard of this 1 if it wasn't for everyone here

I got the same letter as you when I applied for my card but never received the first agreement. Also rang up and they posted another one out to me which I returned. Couple of weeks later I had a nice shiny card.

Your agreement has details of your APR on it (mine's 24.9% which is the higher rate). My starting limit was £400 though someone else on here recently got one with only £200
