parki isnt one of you defaults with hbos.

    Nope, Egg and Tesco.

So either the defaults or the DMP note that declined me everything else on my file is fine. Lots of green 0's for my MBNA, Three, and Cahoot accounts.

How old are the defaults? I keep getting declined. My defaults are from December 2006 and February 2007. Both are satisfied though.

I dont think it is definite but they may be using my behavioural score (I hope so)..... but mate Experian only has searches and my good credit accounts so dunno what the issue is lol

Yea, equifax has sum crap but experian doesn't....

Apparently they credit check you prior to sending forms or they instant decline you.... we'll wait and see what happens (gulp!)

p.s. settled/satisfied default makes no difference matey, its still a default. Forget the fact it settled - sorry to say but mug for paying mate... no need to cos it won't help you apart from maybe morally make you fell better! and lighter in the bank!

My defaults are both satisfied. Tesco from May 2004, And Egg from Feb 2004. Still have a dmp note on my cahoot though .

Account type: Credit card / Store card Special Instruction Indicator: Debt Management Programme Special Instruction Start Date: 01/11/2003 Special Instruction End Date: 01/11/2008
Anyone know if that should have been automatically removed?

Yes it should have gone already but they could do it as 6yrs from date of last payment so count 6yrs from 01/11/08.... try your luck see what happens....

Is the account ststus now settled or as above? It should certainly show settled - not DMP as the DMP is dead, isn;t it? Has it defaulted or cleared?
