My defaults are both satisfied. Tesco from May 2004, And Egg from Feb 2004. Still have a dmp note on my cahoot though .
Account type: Credit card / Store card Special Instruction Indicator: Debt Management Programme Special Instruction Start Date: 01/11/2003 Special Instruction End Date: 01/11/2008
Anyone know if that should have been automatically removed?
E-mail Experian and tell them to remove it as the end date has past over 7 months ago.0 -

Is the account ststus now settled or as above? It should certainly show settled - not DMP as the DMP is dead, isn;t it? Has it defaulted or cleared?
I hope its not going to do that. 6 years argggggh my file is only a year off being clean sheesh.
Its been paid off in October completely. Ive asked for the account to be closed. Ive informed experian and they said they need Cahoot to remove it so they have wrote to them to do so. Cahoot said in Feb they would remove it and close my account they just never seem to do it.0 -

nid its possible ive been stiched for 6k by a freind.if thats the case.ill be skint.if we have an overdraft and move to another current account and just pay the o/d off monthly, what would happen if the bank called it in.im guessing if the funds going in suddenly dropped by 80% they may get the hump.
what would happen credit file wise etc.
all ifs but not looking good for our moneylittlewoods/littlewoods direct/marshall ward/kays/greatuniversal/empire stores/addittions/grattans/next/ambrose wilson.barclay card/cap1/bos/vanquis gold/vodafone/3 .dell finance/currys finance

Oh and the account is showing Satisfactory on my credit report with a balance of £0 and a limit of £5000. The same as my MBNA0

Right then if it shows as satisfactory with no late payments then leave it alone, shows you've run an account well and don't use it!
If anything just ask the lenders not the CRA's if they'd remove all details from the Credit Agencies - they will say yes or no. If no, then they will remove it 6yrs after the last payment was made. Sorry, thats the way it is on non defaulted/live accounts.
TBH the status should help you get credit, it isn;t bad! It all depends on the late payment markers.... but when they go, then it will look great on your report!2010 - year of the troll

woah mate - you mean an 'ex friend'?
If you just do a bunk then the bank will ask for repayment. However most banks will allow you to repay a set amount monthly, this would show as arrangement to pay on your CRA though. Not good.
Best is to just transfer a few hundred each month intothe account to keep them happy, to repay o/d I mean...2010 - year of the troll
