It is wrong dtd is stated on the blue board behind cs. Maybe on the door of the cabinet so they can shut it out the way - press the case........

Had the same problem a while ago - ended up writing to Mr T Managing Director(can't recall his name - somewhere on here!!) to complain, ended up with £20 vouchers which covered the purchase of equivalent phones in Argos sale - mine was of a lower value though. Would recommend complaint letter, but you will not get DTD on this especially if it was an out of date SEL.

Just remembered his name - Sir Terry Leahy

Well I got DTD last year on an eighty quid phone that had an out of date SEL. There's loads of advice on earlier posts about how to insist on getting DTD. Worked for me, with only a short protest and a sour look from the customer service woman.

    Hi Jadey

No you should have got dtd as it doesnt matter wether or not the shelf label is out of date or not.

Tescos policy is if you get overcharged you get back dtd. No ifs or buts

Phone again and complain or write a letter

OH just got back from Tesco with a Flake easter egg, it scanned at 15p  the receipt said Flake Praline so I think the same thing happened like the Wispa egg, it read the barcode of the individual bar and not the box barcode. The egg was 304g and the barcode 5034660517672. The box has a big egg and 3 flakes, 1 praline, 1 dipped and 1 original.
