i bought 3 wines a couple weeks ago in 3 for £10 and when i got home i realised it hadnt went through. so i went back the next day with 2 of the bottles as one had been drunk and was away in recycling. They said nothing could be done even though i had my originial receipt but didnt have all 3 bottles.
Am i stuck without a refund now or can they give me it without all of the bottles?
I'm pretty sure they should refund you for the two bottles that are unopened as they went through as seperate items not as the 3 for £10 offer.
If they're on your reciept as individual items and no offer added then they should be able too, i'm not 100% certain though so maybe someone else will know a bit morePlan to save all child benefit from Jan 26th - November 30th

Tried to get DTD yesterday, customer service guy refused, even said they can put things anywhere on the shelves around the sandwiches and it doesn't matter where the price is. He finally offered me a refund of the difference, when I questioned why it's not DTD, he accused me of....
Blackmail! :rotfl:
Asked to see the manager, he was the manager! But he needed to check with a lady, so I asked her if she was the manager and she was!
Told her what had happened and she again offered the difference.
So I called Customer Services and they sided with the store despite the correct price being no where to be seen!0 -
Not a problem in Aberdeen we have to trek round the store to find the booze hidden at the back wall in the largest Extra store I have seen yet :rotfl:
The laws regarding where you can display alcohol in Scotland (and Ireland I believe) are different to England.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

I was in Tesco yesterday when I saw they had a womans outfit offer for £15, it consists of 'boyfriend' style jeans and a lovely crop Jumper or crop oversize cardigan, I picked the jeans and the cardigan, the jeans were priced at £20 and the Cardigan at £12. They went through the till at £32 instead of £15 for the offer, over to customer services double the difference back so £34 back which meant a free pair of lovely jeans, a free cardi and £2 all from Tesco. :j0

Asda have a overcharge policy - if you are overcharged you get your money back and a £2 gift card. (but you usually have to ask for the gift card)
HTH
They gave me dtd back when I bought some Asda brand dog food and inside the packaging it was puppy food. She said if it was an Asda branded product you got double the price back. It was £2.70 and she gave me £5.40 but I didnt get to keep the dogfood.Trying to become debt free but this site makes me spend a fortune!!!
