At the brand new Tesco Extra store, Oldham (Huddersfield road)...seems they're having major headaches with their new store's teething problems with mis-prices:
Tesco frozen steam veg
SEL £1.67, but large sign shows on offer for £1..we were charged £1.45
Muller-rice 6 pack, SEL £2, we were charged £2.96
Nimble bread..not sure about the prices, but my mum had to get her DTD for her overcharge...about 20p over I believe.0 -
Noticed in my local Tesco that they had discounted outdoor Fireplace that I was interested in. They had shelf tag saying a third off the selling price of £100 making it a price of £66.66. Sounds good but this item has never been £100, even in Direct catalogue it was £80 and it was certainly the same price only days earlier.
Just wondered how others would view this as it's seems to be a bit of a scam to me.0 -

Well I want to buy a patio set that is reduced on tesco direct from £230 to £115 yet instore its only ever been £170. They are out of stock online but have it in store for £170 - I asked if I can buy it for the direct price £115 but was told they are completely separate parts of the company even though the store is a direct store.:rolleyes:0 -
Thanks Ampersand for the knicker alert!! 3 for 2 didn't kick in here either and when I checked the refund onto my card CS had refunded the full £6. So Mr T paid me 13p VAT. Brilliant -another stocking filler for DD. Also got several Always Ultra long 83p and 2x Pantene satchet intensive hair moisturizing treatment 24p each (more stocking fillers for DDs!!! - but not the Always lol!!)0

thanks to OP - also got the knickers today, 6 pairs for just over £3 something as the vat came off the bill but not off the DTD! not a great selection but for that price who cares;)0

Have the 600gm box of Cheerios at BOGOF in my local Tesco extra (S!!!!horpe) but on Sunday we were charged full price for both boxes. Once queried we were refunded the price of one box but they still couldn't get the price changed over, even though all the other Nestle cereals were coming up BOGOF in the promotion. We always check our bill as they are notorious for errors in our Tesco extra.0
