    Young Ones series 1 dvd, price stickered £4 - scanned at £7, so £6 DTD back.

    Found a good one today - BT triple phone pack (cannot remember details, black box with 3 stylish phones in, possibly freestyle 3500??).

    Normal price £147.??
    SEL (OOD 17/05) Half Price £73??

    Rang through at £147.?? Went to customer service, got DTD back - 3 free phones for my flat!

    Thanks for the info...but its very vague, isnt it possible to look at the box, or even your receipt, to at least give a definate model...or barcode....

    Coke Zero 6 can pack OOD BOGOF SEL

    £2.69 refunded. Member of staff protested when I asked about double the difference that she'd never heard of it, asked her colleague on CS, never heard of it. A large store that should have known better too...I think you'll find the large blue board behind you.....another £2.69 handed over.

    It's even better when they say they have never heard of DTD, and you remind them they must have as it was them that gave you DTD on something a couple of weeks ago!!!:rotfl:

    Never had DtD from either of them-my regular CS people have all moved dept now. A whole pile of newbies for me to train up on Tesco policy. Maybe I should request a salary from Sir Terry? :D

    Just a thought. My local Tesco doesn't have the blue board with dtd info. Does this mean that they won't do dtd?

    Has it got a Direct desk? - in our store the blue sign is hidden in there and not at customer services :D
