Wise Mum - yes, I always accompany them and simply ignore/'fail to hear' their injunctions to 'stay there while I check.' 'I'll check, too - maybe I was wrong' is easy enough to say, if you feel discomfited.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

seriously.. it's written everywhere.
"DTD" is double the difference... you get "DTD if you are charged more than the advertised price"... every other post is some pillock saying "so should I have got double the difference if I got charged 2p more than the advertised price for my lubricant.... would that have been 9p refunded?"
it's just frustrating when you get idiot after idiot who fail to understand the simplicity of such a rule. How do these guys get dressed in the morning?!18-10-2005, 3:27 PM #5 MSE Martin

just relieved tescos of some pampers baby wipes, they were half price for ages the big pack of six wipes, think they were £3.66 but apparently the offer ended yesterday i had four packs too so the lady was going to give me just the difference but then i reminded her of dtd oh yes of course she said and handed me £28 odd back it was only when i got out of the shop and looked on the bottom of my receipt i noticed there was another offer on the wipes buy two for £10 so she actually gave me too much back to say i legged it quickly is an understatement lol0

Tesco Fair Trade Colombian Roast and Ground Coffee, 227g, SEL - £1.57, charged - £2.00.
The store I bought this in also had Tesco Finest Colombian Supremo Roast and Ground Coffee, 227g with an SEL for £2.00, whereas it's £2.57 online, so it looks like this would also be a misprice worth looking out for.
