Not true, any overcharge definately = DTD.
I'm sure someone with the exact info will come along soon.0 -
I always check my bill and am a regular visitor to the customer service deck to point out mistakes, but have never been given anything back other than the amount of the overcharge0

This has been the same with me and have since had no errors!! Folks, should there be a sign anywhere to say get back DTD or just company policy? many thanks0 -
Had nice DTD's this morning. Whilst getting some bits i picked up a packet of 5 Rolos - SEL said £1.00. I also picked up some of the Special K Cereal Bars - again SEL said £1.00. I got charged £1.52 for the Rolos and £2.29 for the Cereal Bars (i bought 2 boxes) so i got £6.20 back!! This particular stores are notoriously bad for not changing SEL's when the offers change.A home is not a home ..... without a dog0

There should be a blue board at the back of the CS desk somewhere, they might try to cover it up, but about half way down it, or maybe more, there is a section that says that if they overcharge you you get back double the difference. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

went to tesco today to try and get myself some 50p wispa easter eggs, took 1 to the till and it was 50p so went back and got a few more went to the same till and cashier but the others came up at full price , so i did 'nt get them but could 'nt understand it an niether could the sa, so after some mulling it over i came up with the answer................the eggs come with 3 standard size wispa bars and the bar code to 1 of these was facing down at the bottom and this is what was scanned instead of the actual egg bar code the first time, an wen i checked my recipet it said cad. wispa 50p no mention off easter egg.
so i guess it just luck of how the bars are placed in the box and how the sa scans it.
1 mystery solved lol
if you go to self service till, and you scan high - is this kosher?
I mean, your scanning the wrong code by accident!
Ignore that - i assume the till will panic as the weight will be wrong?............... Have you ever wondered what

I'm not sure if this is quite appropriate to this thread... but seems a good bargain. Tesco own brand cat food pouches (black box)is normall £2.49 for all three varieties. Yesterday the Jelly was £2.19 and the gravy £2.99 - don't get caught out - you get more meat for your money in the jelly ones anyway!0
