Instead of being a smart a*r*s*e why not try accepting that people make mistakes sometimes? Jeez...

Hi all, Not sure of correct price as i havent got my receipt so please forgive me but...

There has been packs of cans of pepsi, diet pepsi and pepsi max on offer for a while, anyway went to tesco today and the woman was changing the offers and put the sel sticker back to original prices but the big advert signs and a A4 sign near the cans were still displaying them as half price.

I bought 2 packs of 6 cans of pepsi and when i paid i was charged full price.
I took the to customer services and got dtd.
Offer actually finished tonight at midnight.

  • hello all
went to tesco today to try and get myself some 50p wispa easter eggs, took 1 to the till and it was 50p so went back and got a few more went to the same till and cashier but the others came up at full price , so i did 'nt get them but could 'nt understand it an niether could the sa, so after some mulling it over i came up with the answer................the eggs come with 3 standard size wispa bars and the bar code to 1 of these was facing down at the bottom and this is what was scanned instead of the actual egg bar code the first time, an wen i checked my recipet it said cad. wispa 50p no mention off easter egg.
so i guess it just luck of how the bars are placed in the box and how the sa scans it.
    1 mystery solved lol

I was in Tesco this evening and they had their own brand of antiseptic (like Dettol) for either 50p or 55p which I thought was rather cheap - I'm sure its normally £1+?

Picked up an Xbox 360 game today "Heroes Over Europe". Stickered at £12 but scanned at £20! Hence, double the difference back of £16. Game for £4 :-)

The're still out there folks, still scanning high.
