  • Not a misprice, but I did my online shop last week including a birthday cake for my daughter. Somewhere between ordering the cake and it arriving it had changed from Mickey Mouse to Charlie & Lola, which wasn't even an option when I placed the order. Didn't show up as a substitution, but actually on the order itself, so didn't notice until unpacking.

It didn't cause a disaster (though wouldn't of been good if for a boy, not a girl) but I did query with tesco direct via email. They couldn't see why/when it happened but did refund me.

Was in Tesco last night and pick up 'fresh n lo' milk. SEL stated £1.09, went through at 79p. Misprice in my favour - yay!

    Today I got:

Pilgrims Choice Mature Cheddar Cheese, 200g. £1.50 each, but marked on pack as Any 3 for £3. I bought 3 and they went through with no multibuy deduction, so I got £3.00 DTD refund.

These were in the cheese section next to the deli counter. I think the offer expired yesterday, so that would explain why the deduction didn't kick in. There are a few other varieties of cheese in this offer and most of them have the offer marked on the pack, but I don't know if these would also be charged full price.

I noticed in store today that this 3 for £3 offer is now marked as expiring on January 10th. Therefore it might have just been a one day blip that caused the problems yesterday and it may longer be a DTD opportunity.

This has been discussed somewhere else on here. Isn't the normal player £99, but the one with 3 'free' discs £129.99. I think the box says includes 3 discs, rather than includes 3 free discs. You, and the other poster, were lucky as far as I understand it - but happy to be told otherwise!!

BTW, there is plenty of personal bitterness in this post as I have just bought the same player for £95 from Amazon with no extra discs!! ;)
