Loads of misprices on my receipt today, but most of them pennies - spoke to manager who said it was due to VAT increases but if I went to CS they would refund me, really couldn't be bothered with a huge trolley load! But apparently stores have been given a week to change all their shelf edge tickets even though the till price has gone up but Tesco want all stores sorted by Monday.

    Thats unbelievable!!

I don't quite understand how that one works!

They paid ninety odd quid for it but it was priced up at about seventeen quid, so got DTD on it plus the stuff. It will have cost them ninety odd quid but then they got cash back on DTD and the game plus board.

They shouldn't refund you, by law they have 14 days to change the SELs due to VAT increases as long as they have a sign up saying that. CSD have been told not to do refunds in these cases as it is still legal. Tesco originally were going to phase the SEL changes through the full 14 days but head office changed their mind at last minutes and have now said they want them doing by 8am Monday morning.

**EDIT** The BOGOF now goes through fine.

Just so i know how this works a bit better.

So if you bought 2 you would of been charged £3.25 instead of £1.75.

They then give you DTD back, and put £3.25 back in your hand. So you got the Warps for free?

No they have been charged £3.50 for the 2 when it should of only been £1.75 as it was BOGOF, because they have been overcharged by £1.75 they get this back as DtD meaning £3.50 back, plus as theyve already paid for the item its theirs to keep. HTH
