If you are looking for the 20p play doh it's usually on a hanging strip (although once I have seen them in a box) and has a mini sausage press machine, about 3 or 4 cm long, and 3 mini tubs underneath. Cardboard backed packaging (mainly yellow) with clear plastic front. Sorry, don't have barcode as got mine to give to a fundraising tombola. Not sure there are many left about, but you never know your luck!;)0 -
hi, ive never done a DTD before, im a bit worried as what to say? does your store notice that you regulary come in and get DTD back? thankyou
Don't be worried, It's on the board behind them in CS that they give it to you, so it's their policy and you are'nt doing anything wrong. If you get overcharged tell them and you might be surprised as some stores don't quibble and give it to you without you even asking. If they don't usually a gentle"Shouldnt that be double I get back" works. If you get a problem with it someone on here will always give you advice and help you out. The best thing to do is to try and spread it out over a few stores but CS staff are changed a lot so you often see different ones in the same store. I go for weeks without getting DTD, I'm getting wine glasses for a party at the moment and they know that they are priced wrong but no one changes it and I've told the SA, so I do have to keep getting DTD on them because I want them:rotfl::rotfl:.Beware!!!! I got the Barbie school set yesterday, scanned at SEL price of £25 but had half price label stuck on box of £12.50.....
Many thanks for this - I haven't seen the original post you mentioned. Went to the toy section and there was a Barbie Glam Auto with a 'Half Price Toy Sale' sticker on it and SEL at full price so thought it was worth a try. Chose the doziest-looking cashier I could and chatted while she scanned it through. Went through at full price and no quibble with DTD
Looks like the Half Price Toy Sale is an old promotion so anything with this sticker on it should be a winner!
This was in a store which has recently had a refit and I couldn't see the usual sign up at Customer Services, but a different one about half the size which made no mention of DTD. The price checkers had been removed too - looks like Mr T doesn't want us price-checking any more :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Then popped into my local and walked by a trolley with a long receipt in it - thought I'd take the trolley in and casually checked the receipt - there were two petrol vouchers on the end

I got a few shreddies today for the first time!!!!! Printer has been useless as of late. Also got a box of 3 magnums for 22p (used the voucher for a £1 off Walls ice-cream) off the voucher thread.
Not a useless day all in all.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Well worth checking the solar lighting in your store.
I picked up 2 packs of lights that had a hand written sign saying they were £3 per pack. Went through at £7.50 each so DTD of £18.
Also packs of 3 bottle bags for 37p per pack, wrapping paper 25p per role and found a 3.5" photo frame hanging on the "MP3 accessories" end for £1, so worth looking there away from the usual photo frame collection near the cameras.
Had £1 charcoal last night, as well as a selection of stationary.
Have also been able to use £5 off £20 spend morrisons vouchers that my local shop sent in the post, so even more off.
Digital photo frame? If not then what are the digital photo frames I've seem people getting.0 -
