  • Popped into my local Extra for a few bits today with no intention of looking for any misprices (stocked up on cereal and soup for a while.) Typically walking past the luggage I spotted the sels for the cases but none on the shelves. As Im heading away in a few weeks I asked a lovely young man if there were any more. He checked the computer and found there were 8 of the hand luggage size at £3.75 and said if I didnt mind waiting he'd grab me 2. It took him almost 15mins(poor kid lol) and in that time I got the glass worktop saver for £1.25, 3 oven gloves 64p and 3 for 2 kicked in and the last 5 playdoh. So anyone looking luggage it may be worth asking...he only brought the 2 I wanted out to the shop floor.

  • Well Mr T definately wanted me back with my mojo today!!So much so he gave me too much DTD:T First T's got a few bits then saw the black stripy glasses with the stickers on, got 4 and DTD straightaway, no quibble, so they cost £1, was really pleased as my DS liked them and they are being put away for him to take to uni next year. Then went into the second T's, picked up my kingsize £4 quilt that I'd ordered the other day, result as not reduced instore:T Then saw the conical wine glasses that I bought the other day. The SEL says £3.50 each and they are stickered at 3 for 2, but they are going through at 88p each. Got 6 and the 3 fo 2 didnt kick in so off I trot to CS.Queue was horrendous but stood there for 15 minutes and finally got served by a SA who didnt have a clue, called the manager down to do the DTD who was full of apologies and gave me back the £5.28 I'd paid and £3.52 DTD, don't ask why and it was the manager:rotfl::rotfl:So got my glasses for nothing and an extra £3.52 and had used a few coupons. So the reality was that I came home with more money in my purse than I went with:beer: Only reason I'm buying so many wine glasses is it's my DS 18th soon and am having a little "soiree" at our house and if their cheap and get broken it doesnt matter :T and you can't get any cheaper than free!

  • Just got off the phone to my sister in bristol, she went to the br&dley st0ke store and found a pack of high gloss dash wipes ( think she said twenty in a pack. They were £1 reduced from £2, and scanned at 18p! Ideal if your car needs a clean! Hope this helps

Right my "mojo's" back, off to T's this afternoon:T I have decided that this is my favourite thread because none of us get the hump with each other, no one says anyone is greedy and no one says we can't post this, that or the other on here ;) This has ended up a lovely mish mash of chat, misprices, coupon help, glitches and grabbits that are all related to T's and I love it. Glad we're hidden on the "gone" board too;) Can't do a group hug but would if I could:T Now have a printed list of all the local metros and and I will not return without a bl**dy pukka pad:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
although new to the thread i was missing you on it as i seen you were mostly on the grab it board, i agree this is my favoutite thread too:)
  • I was very lucky today got DTD on 4 Barbie princess charm school stickered at £12.50 but went through at £25. SA had to call manager down as she said it was a "Biggie" but got £100 DTD no problem :j. Also manged to get 2 Chicco pilot cot mobiles for £1.75 & picked up one pack of Disney dress up shoes for £2.50 bargain! Plenty more left on shelves. Xmas Saver!
Well worth checking the solar lighting in your store.

I picked up 2 packs of lights that had a hand written sign saying they were £3 per pack. Went through at £7.50 each so DTD of £18.

Also packs of 3 bottle bags for 37p per pack, wrapping paper 25p per role and found a 3.5" photo frame hanging on the "MP3 accessories" end for £1, so worth looking there away from the usual photo frame collection near the cameras.

Had £1 charcoal last night, as well as a selection of stationary.

Have also been able to use £5 off £20 spend morrisons vouchers that my local shop sent in the post, so even more off.
  • Which play doh was it please? I tried to scan different items of it, but all came on the SEL price. :(

You've just reminded me, my mum got the solar lights. They are the the ones that are grey granite looking, 4 in a box and were originally £18, then £12, then £6 but scanned at £4 on the barcode:T Will post the barcode later as she's gone out for the day.
