What are the rules please for DTD?
If you are overcharged we will refund you double the difference.
No caveats, no excuses, no get out clause but it depends how much you want to fight it.
I was overcharged by 30p on some reduced bits recently but I'm playing the long game so complaining for the sake of 60p versus getting things like Denby for free means I settle for just the difference on occassion.0 -
Thank you. I could kick myself now - I didn't know about the DTD at the time.
I only checked the bill as it seemed high for the few items that I'd bought. The lady on CS was really fed up and it took AGES for her to faff about sorting it out, all the time complaining to her colleague that this was the 5th time in the last half hour that she's had to do refunds. I wonder how many people don't bother to check their bill at all...
Doubly kicking myself as I bought 2 large chickens at £6ish each then find out that they were doing chickens for £4 BOGOF.....huh...0 -
Right my "mojo's" back, off to T's this afternoon:T I have decided that this is my favourite thread because none of us get the hump with each other, no one says anyone is greedy and no one says we can't post this, that or the other on here
This has ended up a lovely mish mash of chat, misprices, coupon help, glitches and grabbits that are all related to T's and I love it. Glad we're hidden on the "gone" board too;) Can't do a group hug but would if I could:T Now have a printed list of all the local metros and and I will not return without a bl**dy pukka pad:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

The finest cheese biscuits are now £2.38 in Hel*by and I had 2 shreddies coupons but was told they only allow 1 per shop. They said it's down to people using 20 and more in one go, so has spoilt it for the sensible ones. Also yesterday saw them following a guy who was price checking some razors and then he dumped them on the toy shelf, price checkers have now switched off! I always put items back in the correct place once checked, bit more walking but it burns off the calories from the bountys!0

Sony Headphones in the SALE items.
SONY MDR-570LP
Reduced from £39.99 to £19.
SCANNED AT £5.
Got last two in my store but others may have them.
Were in the store in a Brown, Dark Green and Copper/Orange colour at £19 earlier in the week but only two Orange ones left which I grabbed once I knew they were £5 each!
Not sure whether it applies to Black ones as they have never been with the sale items.
Update: As of 10am Sun 18th Sept. Headphones now reduced to £9.98 at Tesco.com if you cannot find them in-store:
