Popped into store today to pick up a wall mount for the bedroom TV and noticed that nobody had removed the SEL label from my Duvet find!!
I think they have only themselves to blame when I helped myself to another 2.
Same lady was at CS desk and said I wasn't having DTD as I had been in before, asked her to get head office on the phone, told them if I was the same person who came in 2 days ago what does it matter, the mistake should have been rectified. They were told to give me DTD and make sure the label was removed.
Needless to say they have now removed the SEL0 -

Just back from my round trip to T's, only managed 5 stores as had to get back earlier than I intended! Managed to get 27 bottles of peroni from the beer glitch so OH is happy and finally got a box of megablocks. They were in the toy section on the top shelf with no SEL but they had the famous £15 sticker on. My heart was racing as I couldnt believe I'd got them but had a right palaver trying to get the DTD. First they said I could have them for £15 and I said no I wanted the DTD. Then they had to check with someone else who had to check with the manager. The lady behind me said if you're trying to get that double the difference thing love you've got no chance in here they always wangle out of it. I said just watch me I'm not moving till I get it and the SA heard me. I think they just gave it to me to keep me quiet to be honest but it's not my local so I didnt care. And while I was waiting for them to sort it out I could see a receipt on the floor which I discreetly bent down and shoved in my bag, When I got outside it was £7 off a £50 spend so was very happy:TBeware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0

from tesco as SFC says they can claim people have moved stock
and you will raise your profile and eventually get banned from stores.
There have been examples on here in the last week or so of people
hiding stock that is wrongly priced for others to profit from(think it was megabloks)this is treading a thin line. They do watch people on the security cameras once they have claimed a couple of DTD's.
It was people getting too carried away with R+R that got it banned
same as being to greedy on couponing.
I don't agree with moving SELs, stock or hiding stickered stock but if I picked up an item and the description on the SEL matched the item exactly (size, description) and the only difference was the barcode then I can't see why you shouldn't get dtd. I also don't see why that would draw more attention to you than getting dtd on an item where the barcode matched.
I haven't been a couponer - too much like hard work (apart from the h&b points coupons a couple of years ago), r&r was stopped after all the xboxes were going to free to good homes, lol. Couponing was stopped because to be honest it was ridiculous not to have a limit or conditions on the amount of coupons.0 -
Has anyone had any good finds at either of the Mr T's in Colchester...or experiences with Mrs Trouts?0

I'd like to say well done but really it wasn't.
You need to play a long game with this or you'll find that like my OH you will be known & looked out for.
By selecting those items in one shop your transaction will stand out and CS will probably speak to security.
Hopefully you didn't use a scanner in that store - if you did I suspect you'll find it disconnected next visit.
Don't mean to be too preachy but these boards are for sharing knowledge and some of us have learned the hard way & don't want to see others come unstuck.0 -
