saw a lucky person getting an amazing £88 DTD today in Car*ickfe*us. Two toasters, were on sale at £18 but back up to full price of £40....ha ha, but sign hadn't been removed. She looked really shocked when the customer services explained she was getting the toasters for free and getting £8.00 to take them away.....hilarious.
...and i was just buying my lotto :j

they were Breville silver 2 slice toasters (couldn't very well poke in her trolley for the bar code)...but might be somewhere else as this store sorted it out pronto, so i couldn't slip in and bag me some too:(
:):):)omg thats my store have never looked for dtd yet as im to chicken good luck to them am really gonna have to start and be brave and do need a new toaster too:o:o

It's as well you weren't standing beside me today. Almost double that DTD amount :o Not going to go into details in case anyone reading this puts 2 and 2 together but lets say the item has been mentioned on here before and it was an out of date SEL that worked in my favour. Small profit made but the DTD amount was incredible. The amazing thing was that out of all the CS staff involved, not one of them had an issue with the amount! I was trying not to keel with shock yet they were so nice and polite and clearly didn't care about the amount. What's the polar opposite of a trout as that's what these ladies were?

Also spotted the 3500 MS mice but only saw the pink one going out. Will get someone to check and if successful will update on here.

Well done on the DTD. I am off to Tesco shortly so will check the mice but can't find a post on these. Can anyone give me more details so I know what to check please? My store doesn't have self scanners so will need to go through till and maybe "change my mind" :rotfl:

I am on mat leave at the moment so have plenty of time on my hands, and my little boy loves nothing more than a gawp at the bright lights of tesco, however i only have one local store, the rest are a good few miles away so i would have to really know there was something worth my while there to justify the cost in petrol...you must spend a fortune on fuel visiting that many stores!
Biggest wins to date: XBox ~ iPod Touch ~ Prada Handbag worth £1000 ~

I have been watching the pink mice like a hawk over the last few weeks, i check them every couple of days at the moment they are going through at £7 odd, which is really quite cheap - but im holding out for them to go down further like the purple one.

Hopefully this will save someone a trip xx

Are you going for the record, not sure who holds it? :rotfl::rotfl:

I did a round trip of 6 one evening and mentioned it on 1p thread while back and even forgot I had visited one in the morning so my record is 7, with only low fat custard to show for it. :D

Hope you have a good day. :)

I'm hoping for something to glitch today as away weekend and camping for couple weeks from monday so will be my last chance to get my hit for a while. If anyone can point me in direction of any Ts in Birmingham City centre, I won't have access to a car though. I know there is one at the mailbox so that will have couple of visits over the weekend. ;)

From what I recall they have to be either dark purple (almost black in colour) or possibly ice blue but I could be wrong. The pink one is definitely £8-ish. Wish I'd hung around to check if other colours were going out but I saw the box as the girl was putting them on the shelf and didn't wan to go back and try for other colours with her still there.

The one I got for 1p was very dark purple like you say almost black.
