Tesco misprices and discussion thread 11

I went to tesco looking for the dinner sets and the SEL said £50! My tesco is CRAP!

Please please folks, remove references to potential ways to defraud tescos. Some will not view it as a warning but as an opportunity. It would not bode well for us all :eek:

It is criminal activity to defraud and tescos will not hesitate to prosecute and rightly so.
Hidden cameras are everywhere in store as sadly they are needed due to shoplifters.

The other ways warned of in recent posts would be viewed with the same zero tolerance.

Tesco has enough misprices which are completely legitimate so why would a few not be satisfied with that?

Removed, jumblejack. Just need celebrate to remove her quoting me. I reckon she's busy trying to cook a can of salmon at the moment, so we may have to wait.

I've got the family hooked on this now! Between us we've covered 4 stores in the last 2 days but any out of date SELs scanned at the lower price.

Anyone want to swap a couple of tubs of Mega Bloks for a set of phones. I'll let you keep your profit and we'll do a straight swap. No?? Worth a try! Only 2 more local-ish stores we can try and not sure the petrol would make it worth it. Oh well, you can't win 'em all

Ooh, one of the scanners in my local is on the seasonal aisle. Will take a look tomorrow. Never managed to get any of the initial MegaBlocks.

I mean all of the blocks tipped out onto the floor and the kids spending 3 days building a pyramid up to the ceiling........ Or maybe a 1:1000 scale replica of their local T's

I've already got an iron, blu-ray player, glasses, pasta sauce, custard, Playmobil, Mega Bloks, Hoegaarden, cleaning products, toiletries, clothes for me & kids and some nice facial products but I fear I'm going to need a long list of other things once the OH decides what he's taking from the house. I've got a lot of stuff to do me for ages but unfortunately he bought the day-to-day things like iron & ironing board, mop & bucket, deep fat fryer, kettle, toaster. Oh joy :mad:

Unfortunately these glitches seem to be store specific and I'm going to have a bullseye on my back if I go to my big local store and test scan many more things! Anyone in my neck of the woods had any joy yet as you all seem very quiet?
