    Car Boot Queen!!

Clothes Golden Rule: Never pay full price unless it is an utter bargain in the first place!
Sales, boots, charity shops, ebay- why would anyone ever pay full price for anything??!

AM I the only person ever to be rejected DTD from those at the top? I'e store, manager, CS advisor, CS manager, Phil Clark office etc?!

I feel honoured and pished off, In all seriousness I put this hear as a warning to others - it's not always guaranteed.
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Both had the same end date, yes. I'd spotted them yesterday but didn't have a trolley so would have had to lug them six aisles away to a scanner and potentially replace if not 'right'! Our store has a big circular 'Digital Desk' thing in the middle of the electrical department, so there's not much opportunity for sneaking stuff from shelves/back onto shelves. And our store has just introduced a £1 per trolley system which means I don't always have a coin on me so miss out on scanning stuff these days on most visits.

Re: defrauding - I debated posting that but as the thread moves so fast it'll disappear into the ether in no time. Unless you want to delete it from your quote and I'll do likewise?

Your store sounds most like mine Adam! WIth the digi desk and the new pound trolleys....is it Walkden per chance?

Posted this in the penny thread but have realised with all the other DTD talk it belongs here really,

Table Top Gas Heater SEL states half price at £39.50, going through at full price of £79.00 so they gave me £79 back making it FREE!!!

    Its this one: http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.202-2169.aspx

There was two in the Walkden store, am sure the sign has been removed now though, good luck

actually I often feel I am being "watched" witha security guard strolling backwards and forwards pass the isle i'm in but never to the extent that thy are scanning my items
Can I ask what you did do deserve this?

    Well not that much IMO!
A few big coupon shops when Tesco accepted mocs, buying items for the extra points, and a few DtD's. My OH did call HO and complain about one of the CS Managers and she really seems to have his card marked.
If she sees OH or I in the store she makes sure anything we buy is pricechecked on the belt before it goes through the till.
In another store sels have been removed after OH or I have bought items and before we can get to CS.
Security guard in one store advised my OH that the store Manager doesn't want his custom and politely asked him to shop elsewhere.
It makes shopping there difficult to say the least.

    Well done!

Serves them right! The normal price of these phones is £70 elsewhere, so how can they advertise the original price as £99? Typical Tesco con.
