Tesco misprices and discussion thread 11

Looking for help...I bought a packet of 10 Tesco own brand fishcakes a couple of weeks ago and got messed about by the CS staff when complaining there were only 9 in the packet. Couldn;t prove it but wrote to Tesco Dundee anyway , and received a £20 moneycard back and a letter of apology.
NOW, it's happened again, but packet is in my freezer and still unopened.
What do you think is my best course of action.??
When I take it back, what will they do. Can I ask for inconvenience money !!

Sorry to sound dumb but how do you know if they are still unopened?

Can feel there are only 9, though wouldn't have checked had it not happened before.

Personally I would phone HO and explain it has happened before and the trouble you had, and you would rather not have to deal with CS again.

Sounds like a blip in the packing system. Tesco Value 10 Fish cakes with parsley 78pence.
Maybe a one off, maybe nationwide. Is it DTD'able do you think. ?

In the original confrontation at the CS desk, I was served by my nemesis.
Goes back years but I had returned a loaf of holey bread. Had cut round each hole in each slice, strung them together and put them back in the baG together with top and bottom crusts and the receipt. Got money back but she remembers, and I alwAYS get the evil eye.
Traumatic when I have to deal with her.
