HI
Can I just confirm something with you all
I know DTD is long gone with the vouchers but what about misprices etc is that still going strong as my local Manchester Failsworth store have taped over the bit of the blurb behind CS desk which says we will refund DTD ???
I bought a meal deal today and it went thro wrong and after 10 minutes at cs I did get my extra 9.99 that I was overcharged but should it have been double that ?

Yes dtd on an overcharge is still going strong. A lot of stores you have to ask for it!
Try ringing CS, they might send you a gift card.0 -
Does double the difference apply to cake tins (for example) you buy instore that are advertised online for cheaper?

No. Only when you buy something in store and the Shelf Edge Label says £2 for example but you are then charged £3 for it. You would then get £2 back DTD.0 -
Is this a mis-price on this personalized number plate?

Apparently Tesco are not honouring the price error on the knives.Hi Can anyone offer any advice. My local store was showing the knives at prices from £2.10 - £4.10 I bought about 9 of them, and when they scanned they charged me between £10 and £16.80. i went straight to CS who only offered to refund my money, I queried the DTD offer on the board behind her and she said she was not able to authorise that amount of money. I h ave to see manager at 11 a.m. today, where do I stand?? Any help?

If you are talking about online at Tesco Direct, they actually treat them as two separate stores - there is often vast price differences between them and the store prices. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I would ask for their regional managers name and write them a letter and tell them it is taped over.
Store the general Tesco Cust Services number in your phone, then if they refuse ring it, put your phone on speaker and tell them on the phone they are refusing DTD. You'll get it soon enough.
