The newsletter this morning was reporting PS3's at £196 at Tesco or 20% off. Amazon are/were price matching too I might add.
An hour later, the Tesco price on this console is up to £228 for the 320 GB, £245 for the 160 GB.
I note from my inbox that Martin's newsletter arrived around 2 a.m. this morning. Interesting how the price jumped £32 between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., when many people would be seeing it for the first time.
The promo is good until February 27th, but plainly, not at the originally advertised price.0 -

Bought packet of Galaxy Counters (170g) and a packet of Galaxy Minstrels (170g), shelf edge label price 2 for £2, charged £1.79 per packet.
These were on offer as Movie night in promotion. Received double the difference back.

I got overcharged on counters offer of any 2 for £2 on sunday in Portsmouth crasswell st (you know who you are!!!) as I pulled out bags for cs the dragon ladies quickley swiped the sel from beneath offer so when I went over they tried to say the counters weren't in offer, I however pointed out label on lower shelf saying any 2 for £2 but she was having none of it, my daughter was witness as she wanted the offer in the first place. So I then said don't bother I shall have may money back witch did and went to wilkinsons which had same offer anyway. Always bad customer service in this store and I often get followed by security as well which really bugs me as I am not a thief and wouldn't even think of shoplifting, its a shame that there is no morrisons nearby as I would use that all the time. Things in this store haven't changed since I was a mystery shopper often in there last two years, biddies!!0

i also was charged £1.79 each for 2 packs of minstrels when it should have been 2 for £2.

What is happening with the PS3
Just seen an ad for 20% off gaming @ Tesco on tv. It mentions prices £7.98 to £196 for articles shown on the ad.
Also Google throws up loads of references to £196.
I saw an all in one printer ad for £40 but when I went to Tesco It was marked up as £80 so I had to do look up till price. It came up as £40.
I suppose one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and following like sheep pricing!0 -
