Pack your shopping and pay as normal, reset grin, proceed to Customer Services desk (trying to take a route that includes going outside the store just in case they try bieng peculiar (slight problem with that a while ago), and say that you seem to have been overcharged on this. They will go off and check the price, you should go with them if you can so they do not hide the SEL (yes, it has been done), say you will show them where it is, and then they will try to fob you off with a refund of the difference, which is when you point to the blue board at the back of theh CS desk and say "but doesn't that say double the difference".
Good luck and enjoy.

Double the difference today when I purchased a pack of 2 Red Heart Ramekin dishes (white inside) which were on the Valentine's counter and the SEL stated 75p and stated it was for the Ramekins. I don't normally check my receipt before I leave the store but I didn't have a lot of items and thought my bill was a bit dearer. I discovered that I had been charged £3 so went to CS and the lady there phoned to check with someone and it was confirmed that the dishes should have been 75p so she wrote £2.25 and then explained that I would get double the difference for my waiting and inconvenience. Great that I didn't have to ask for it. So got them free and £1.50 also. If your local store has 75p on the SEL, worth trying to see if they are still charging £3. :j"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0

My little message (above) disappeared down the ranks very quickly before anyone had a chance to comment so not sure if many had read it. Hope it's okay to give it a bump to allow some more people to benefit from it. If I'm wrong to do this I'm sure some people will let me know."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0

Go-ahead biscuit bars multipacks (again):
Apparently the 2 for 3 offer ended yesterday, but the labels haven't been changed in my store. I got 3 packs of Crispy slices labelled as £1.28 on 2 for 3, but was charged 3 x £1 = £3 (note the price reduction when offer ends!).
CS refunded me £2 (DTD on new price I suppose), so I was happy to get the 3 packs for £1 in the end.0 -
If anyone fancies going for DTD at Huddersfield Road store in Oldham today they still have the sign up above the entrance to the car park for the 2 for £2 on the sauces/noodles for chinese new year even though the offer has ended. It is for the uncle bens sauces that are £1.57 each, not sure how much the noodles are - I didn't bother getting any as we don't really eat sweet n sour etc If you get 2 sauces you will be charged £3.14 meaning an overcharge of £1.14 so a DTD of £2.28, therefore you will get the 2 sauces for a grand total of 86p I think...0
