What happened to the Wealth Creation thread?!?!

Can any of the board mods tell me what happened to the Wealth Creation thread.
I am really annoyed because it was an interesting thread and now it seems to have been deleted for no apparent reason other than a person posting a link on it. It seems to be a bit of overkill to delete the whole thread just for one link which could surely have been deleted instead.
If something got said out of line afterwards then I will understand but otherwise i'm dissapointed!!!

No, it was on another board, I think I remember seeing it earlier - you need to ask Abuse as they have the final say if it's been deleted for some reason0

There we two links that were to a personnel web site that shouldnt have been posted but I agree it need not have been deleted just edited out. Perhaps abuse didnt have time to edit and removed the thread instead.0

Glad, I couldn't remember which section it was started in sorry!
Have sent an e-mail to abuse to see what the story is!
Thanks all!

Poppycat, since I myself didn't realise there was a rule about links, I have just checked. The only thing I could find about links being against the rules was this:
"a link to your own website in which you attempt to sell something"
AFAIK, Sukey13 did a link to her blog. Maybe I missed something because I only followed the link for a brief look, but as far as I could see, there was nothign being sold. Did I miss something?
