I was going to say it was pants too, LOL.

I do not think it'll be enough to lure me back either, they have clearly wasted their money, they will put prices up to compensate for it as well.

Have to agree with you there - and it certainly isn't enough for me to start paying extra by shopping at Tescos instead of Sainsburys.

I have to say, I did wonder if the offer would be good enough to tempt me back, but that's a complete anti-climax, and a resounding 'no'!

I concur 100%. Rubbish, TBH, and in no way 'compensation' for their high prices compared to Sainsburys. Plus Sainsburys is just a much more pleasurable shopping experience anyway.

I like how they make it sound like they are giving money back to Customers! lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am sure it must cost them more to give the third party company 4X value (or perhaps 2 to 3X the value as they would get discount) and only pay out 2X for you to spend them in their store. The fact that you might not have quite have enough in vouchers and top it up with cash.

This is about Tesco ensuring they pay out less. I think people have become better at using their points. I certainly have and they now need to reign it all in and this is one way to do it.

All smoke and mirrors if you ask me.

I converted my vouchers into Goldsmiths' deals this afternoon. I am concerned that they may just pull out of Clubcard Deals without any notice, like Motorpoint did last year.
