I'm declaring at £46.08, so under my £50 budget :j! I'm well pleased with that. It was only in February that I had a £90 grocery budget and thought that I couldn't get it much lower than that :T.

I shall use the little surplus to do a mini stockpile of a few things, but they won't get used until June. Not sure how low now to set June's budget - I'm on a roll :D!

Is there a June grocery challenge thread yet? Or am I being a bit premature? I am onto my new month and have spent nothing yet, three days without spending but I have ordered bulk laundry and washing up liquid. They are going to severely dent my budget for June along with my meat order.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

    Hi booskyeboo

At the top of the thread you will find a row of links starting with "Main Site". Half way across is "User CP" - click this one. Then look down the row of links on the left of the page and click "Edit signature".

Good luck with June's challenge. I've fallen off the wagon recently but will be back on it on Monday with the June grocery challenge!

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Booskyeboo - go the top of the page, there is a menu bar across it, go to User CP. Then down the left hand side you'll see edit signature.

    Hope that helps,

Well I'm declaring £152.57 for May which is just a little over my £150 budget. However shamefacedly I'll admit that I also used up all of my leftover vouchers this month so my real spend it probably at least £50 higher. But this is the cash spend so I'm calling that the total.

That said we ate out a lot less because I was really really busy at work so overall we saved money..

I hate the change of season eating thing - too warm to go for winter stews but the lighter salady stuff is mostly still at winter prices!
