I ordered my as damaged so it can take up to 7 days, so probably next week sometime. I've heard there are problems with the RBS ones the numbers on the cards arn't been recognised by some merchants, Barclaycard is one off the top of my head. So i'm not in any mad rush , as long as it works when it does come.

  • So will Nat West replace your current card with one of equal value ie I have a Maestro so that gets replaced with Visa equivalent? Will the bank try and 'downgrade' cards at all do you think? Reason I ask is I don't really use my NW a/c as my main account anymore.
