Loose Change Pays My Debt version 2

Oh I wanted to tell you how my walking is going - I've managed to do 5500-6000 per day this week! Really really pleased! I've not lost weight according to the scales, but I'm much fitter, it was so easy to do all those steps today, and I'm toning up and keep getting comments from people that I've lost weight! My clothes feel looser! It's fab! So happy! Just wish the scales would show some weight loss now! I feel tons better mentally too, walking is helping me with my depression more than anything![/QUOTE]

Good points Cat and Lesley, I had wondered if I'm building muscle as I definitely feel more toned and fitter. Did 6300 steps today and it was a breeze!
Off to bed now, it's too chilly to stay up anymore!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Hi everyone, I've got about £7 left from this weeks pocket money, and a few coppers to put in my blue piggybank. I've decided to stop doing the sealed pot challenge as I don't have enough money to do two challenges so will put the few quid I've got in that money bag into the money bag for this challenge too!
Hope you have all survived the storms injury free and damage free and are having a nice weekend. We didn't have any damage round here, although my Grandad saw a child's inflatable paddling pool blow past the window yesterday!
I heard from NualaBuala the other day, she said that she's not able to do much about this challenge at the moment due to her circs but hopes to get back to it soon.
I've started selling things on ebay to bring in some cash, and I'm also knitting flower corsages to sell on there which is enjoyable for me and hopefully will be popular!
Hope you are all well and saving those pennies!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

15 hours!!! What do you do for work? Well done on counting coins
I remembered last night that the rent went out today so quickly checked online balance. Did some quick juggling of money from my personal account to our joint account, and then had to find some money to put into my account to bring it back to zero! So I'm afraid I had to raid my loose change pot, and DH's piggy bank, and I managed to bank £44 which is good. Hopefully we have avoided charges. I now have the grand total of 70p in my purse to last until the cheque DH paid in today clears!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Hello everyone, how are you all?
I've managed to put £5 of this weeks "pocket money" in my money bag, so am pleased with that! It's empty apart from that after last weeks rent fiasco, so it's nice to start building it up again.
Hope everyone is coping with this awful weather - thinking of any MSE'ers in the flooded areas
What does everyone think of having a count up and all posting how much we have on the same day? We can set a date and then announce our results? Let me know what you think!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
