5 years' service! Did you work there during uni or something? I thought you were only 24?

Do you mean you're only allowed to take one day a month flexi? Thank god my dept don't bother too much, I build up quite a bit going to events and stuff so must get a good few weeks off out of it :D Ooh, all this holiday talk has my feet itching!!

Yep only allowed one day every 4 weeks as flexi. Aye I worked as a photographer and darkroom officer for the museums service while I was at uni, great job except I once hit my head off the enlarger and fell off the desk and came to about 20mins later on the floor! Cos its a job all on my own no one would ever know what had happened to me until 5.30pm when I didn't come down for locking up time!

Crikey Dinah! Must of been a mighty hit!

That's a lot of holidays! I have trouble using all mine up and I only get 24 a year. Saying that though, I do love work and feel guilty for missing a day so I take as little time off as possible.

Trying to think of something nice and quick and healthy to make for tea tomorrow night was thinking HM pizza or something? Then I can chuck as many veggies at it as possible and hope OH doesn't notice the lack of cheese. Any ideas?!

Arghh how annoying, we were meant to be picking up tickets at airport, but they arrived at travel agents which happened to be where my parents live rather than me but now they have sent them up here, am hoping my sister is in tomorrow to get them.Stuff like this stresses me!

It's OK Wendz, breathe... although it is frustrating when these things happen! At least you know where the tickets are and you know that you'll have them in your hand soon- it means you're definitely going on holiday! No pre-airport panics that they're not going to have your tickets or you'll get stuck in people traffic and get late to check in so you can't sit together!

Nom nom (minus the olives) nom! Had very little money on me when I went to Mr A so it was a case of getting the cheapest stuff, so we're having mixed chopped peppers and sliced pepperoni cheeseless pizza  Corona was £7 though so totally out of my price range, OH ended up with Pear Cider and I'm chancing some odd looking cherry beer. So tomorrows night in comes to a total of.. £5.87! I didn't get IDed for the drinks though, which is really very worrying.

I agree with Birdie, Wendz. At least you'll have the tickets for a (hopefully) easier check in. Only two days until you go! (unless you count Sunday too then 3, but still single figures!)

I got ID'd on Saturday in M&S! I didn't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing! I still panic when I go out without ID in case it happens in a bar! Well done on the cheap night in Cinny!
