Cant remember which thread i mentioned it on, but just wanted to say thank you Dinah!! I looked into the small claims court with regards to our deposit, was all ready to take that route, told the letting agent this is what i was doing. 24 hours later i have just received an email stating that they have released my deposit and it should be with us shortly!!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0

Thats fantastic news Flower, I'm really happy for you.
I find buns due to their size aren't moist and spongy enough, although I do eat half a muffin size cupcake and put the other half in the fridge for later!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

That's great Flower!! Really pleased for you. Will be a massive chunk off your debt! Got anywhere with your OH over selling the car?
I can only make fairy cakes using the old style bun batter. They get all crispy on top in a way that cupcakes don't. But then I was bought up on crispy buns smothered in icing - cupcakes were like a whole new world to me!0 -
Well done Flower. You could get rid of your Natwest CC with that in one go.0

To be honest i havent really spoken to him about it yet. He didnt get home from work til late last night then we had a bit of a drama today as he didnt get paid - turns out they messed up his transfer and hes not even on the payroll!! And hes back at work now, hes not in til late tomorrow though so hopefully we will get chance to have a chat about it then.Well done Flower. You could get rid of your Natwest CC with that in one go.
Going to pay if off the HSBC CC instead as the interest rate for HSBC is 10% more than the Natwest one  Although psychologically it would be a huge boost to see one of the credit cards gone.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0
